Lily Eng is a sleep apnea dentist who practices at Catham Green Dental Care, located in New York, New York. After conducing further research on her own, Dr. Eng became aware of the significant medical implications that sleep apnea can have in patients. She was surprised to learn that the general public, as well as numerous health care professionals, are not fully aware of the prevalence of sleep apnea. Dr. Eng has since made it her goal to educate all of her patients about the impact of sleep apnea and about the treatment options available to those who suffer from sleep apnea.
Dr. Eng earned her undergraduate degree from New York University in 1988. She then graduated from the Columbia University School of Dental Oral Surgery in 1993 with her Doctor of Dental Surgery. She conducted her postdoctoral training at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Eng is a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM). Dr. Eng is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Eng stays up-to-date with the most innovative and technologically advanced dental procedures. She regularly travels across the country to take continuing education coursework. Dr. Eng is married and has a teenage son. She enjoys bicycle riding, hiking, and nature walks in her spare time.
