What are the alternatives to a CPAP?

Video Overview

If you are CPAP intolerant or resistant, one of the alternatives can be an oral device, the mandibular advancement device for your obstructive sleep apnea. It helps bring your lower jaw forward. I like to call it a jaw retainer, it holds your jaw forward, so when you are asleep at night, and when you are lying on your back, your jaw cannot fall backwards. When your jaw stays forward, so does your tongue, and when your tongue stays forward, it keeps your airway open. Airway is king, that is what you need to keep living.
