Is sleeping while standing a problem?

This question was asked in Carthage, Ohio on 10/07/2013.
I have been accused of sleeping while I was standing up at work. Is this possible? I would think that my legs would buckle and I would end up on the floor if asleep. If this is true, how can I solve this problem?
