Have you had a polysomnogram or Sleep Study done to see if you have Sleep Apnea? I think the first thing you should do is get to a sleep MD and be evaluated for your risks for sleep apnea and have an overnight PSG done. If you have sleep apnea then the treatment is in the hands of the sleep Physician with CPAP, oral appliance therapy, diet change or weight loss, or possible surgical intervention if so deemed necessary. If no sleep apnea then you may want to see an Integrative Health MD to see if it is something lacking in your diet that causes you to be tired during the day. You may be able to find one in your area by looking at the A4M website (American Academy of Antiaging Medicine). This a group of over 30,000 MD's worldwide who look deeper into your health and may be able to help you by optimizing your mineral and vitamin levels. Either way I would get a sleep study done, and also look for an A4M doctor (Fellowship level preferred) in your area. Good Luck
